The famous actor and comedian Bob Saget, known for his role as Danny Tanner on the hit television series Full House, was found dead in the room of the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Orlando, Florida, according to the authorities. The actor was 65 years old.
“Agents were called from The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, due to an unresponsive man in his room. The man was identified as Robert Saget and declared deceased instead. Detectives found no signs of drug use”, authorities reported.
The cause of the comedian’s death is unknown at the moment, but local sites report that the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and the fire department responded to an emergency call around 4 p.m. local time, after staff hotel security found the actor dead.
It is known that at this time, Saget was on tour visiting the entire state of Florida; his tour started in September and would end in May. Just this Saturday night he gave a show in Jacksonville, at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall.
At Full House, Bob Saget played Danny Tanner, the patriarch of the popular ABC sitcom, for almost 10 years. Later, he returned to his character thanks to the reboot that Netflix produced, titled Fuller House, which had four seasons and ended in 2020.
