En un sorpresivo movimiento de estrenos en viernes, la princesa del pop y la boy band más famosa del planeta han decidido cumplir el deseo de muchos fanáticos y realizaron una esperadísima colaboración. En otras palabras, Britney Spears y Backstreet Boys lanzaron una nueva canción.
«Estoy tan emocionada por escuchar lo que piensan sobre nuestra canción juntos», escribió Spears en su cuenta oficial de Instagram al momento de publicar “Matches”, el título de esta canción. Por supuesto, “Matches” es un track con un ritmo bastante bailable y disfrutable que nos recuerda mucho a la época dorada de ambas bandas en los años 90.

Aunado a esto, Spears también lanzó una reedición deluxe de su álbum Glory que incluye los remixes de “Swimming in the Stars” y “Mood Ring (By Demand)”. Britney le mandó bendiciones a todos sus fans y les agradeció por todo el amor y el apoyo que le han dado a este trabajo discográfico de larga duración.
La canción se transformó en tendencia durante toda la mañana del viernes y ya se encuentra en el top 10 de iTunes. Recordemos que Britney acaba de perder un juicio que la liberaría de la custodia de su padre, quien ha controlado su vida y sus finanzas legalmente desde hace 12 años.
