Looks All Men With a Bad Boy Spirit Should Try Out

Hard as a rock, rebellious, self reliant, and powerful. These are the qualities that portray the 'bad boy image.' This seductive image has been repeated time and time again in history and has influenced society in unimaginable ways, for example, in the rise of rock music and its derivatives

For the past few decades we have witnessed an unprecedented social phenomenon. The new generations demanded a new vision of the world, altering the world's order that gives way to freedom and equal opportunities.

This is how rock was born, as a counterculture movement that moves away from the establishment and gives a voice to the youth. Within this ideology, another group that shared the same principles of freedom of speech was consolidated: Punk.

Punk was born in the mid 1970s in the streets of London and New York. This angry youth rebelled against society using their image as their weapon of choice. No other group has revolutionised aesthetics like the punks. Their key was to create an antistyle that aimed at thumbing its nose at the established norms of high fashion. Their outfits were torn, colored, or altered to create a more individual look.
Mainstays of the punk's closet included black turtlenecks, short leather skirts for women, tight leather pants or jeans for men, leather jackets customized with paint, chains, and metal studs, and Dr. Martens boots.

Being punk was to be true to oneself, have a unique way of thinking, and behave and dress as one wished. This is the mark of a true rebellious spirit. The punk spirit has proven to be a major influence on the goth, grunge, and hip hop styles of subsequent decades.

It is important for you to find a look that fits in with your own subversive spirit. Never forget that the most important rebellion begins in the mind. Here are some outfits that will inspire your ideology and help you find your incendiary essence.

-

The icon that sparked the rebellious spirit in all of us was James Dean. Tight white shirt with faded jeans and slicked back hair spells "Bad boy" all over.

-

Rockabilly haircut, Polo style shirt, and tattoos are always a winning combination.

-

Dark sunglasses always help create a rebellious image, even better if you have visible tattoos.

-

A rockabilly haircut matches perfectly with a well-kept beard. Rugged dark shirts and pants are a must and don't forget the black boots.

-

The black leather jacket is the epitome of rebellion. It doesn't matter what you wear underneath because all the attention will be drawn to this staple piece.

-

Skinheads are the toughest out there, influenced by elements of mod fashion and black music, especially from Jamaican rude boys. Their style is simple: zero hair, Fred Perry polo shirt, and a smouldering look

-

Short hairstyle with black outfits will reflect your tough image. You can be more dynamic by adding a sweater or shirt that has an original pattern.

-

A dark jacket always goes well with blue jeans and a brown belt. Sunglasses and messy hair are key for this look.

-

Any sleeveless shirt that shows off the arms will denote strength. Complement this look with some push-ups the day before.

-

White shirt, handkerchief for a jeans back pocket, and the cigarettes rolled in the sleeve are true signs of a rockabilly.

-

A rebellious look is not divorced from elegance. Underneath the jacket you can wear a fine sweater or shirt that will complement your look.

-

Suspenders are an accessory few men use, but wearing them correctly will improve your style and show a rebellious spirit at the same time. Don't forget to show off your tattoos or dark sunglasses with this look.

-

If you have a tattoo on your chest you can wear V neck shirts that will allow you to catch a glimpse of the design. It will always make you feel rebellious.
