Bicycles are probably one of the best inventions ever. Not only do they allow us to get around while doing exercise, but they can also be super fun to ride. And that’s what we’re going to focus on today, in the entertainment aspect. I love a good bicycle ride, but I’ve always wondered how exciting and fun it must’ve been to ride some of the first bicycles, well, if we take out of the equation the fact that they were probably more dangerous and less practical.
Just imagine riding back to your nineteenth-century home in the ultimate invention, the proto-bike known as draisine or velocipede.
