Sorry Kanye, but you won’t be able to use your Instagram account for the next 24 hours, or so decided Meta, the company that suspended the rapper’s account for using a racial slur to describe TV presenter Trevor Noah.
This comes after a series of attacks West has done not only to Kim Kardashian but also to Pete Davidson, who is dating her.
According to the company, the decision came after West violated the company’s policy on hate speech, bullying, and harassment said a spokesperson to TMZ and HuffPost.

And it all started after Noah talked about Kanye’s recent posts about Kim in his TV show The Daily Show. Noah criticized West’s pushiness towards Kim calling it “terrifying to watch”.
“What we’re seeing is one of the most powerful, one of the richest women in the world, unable to get her ex to stop texting her, to stop chasing after her, to stop harassing her”, said Noah in his show.
West responded with a rewriting of the lyrics of Kumbaya to ”koon baya my lord”, a wordplay to describe a Black person who rejects or undermines their own ethnicity, according to The Guardian.
Noah responded saying that West’s response was going on a dangerous path, not because he was criticizing Pete Davidson or even because he was a Trump supporter, but because he was playing the racist game.
“I don’t care if you support Trump and I don’t care if you roast Pete. I do however care when I see you on a path that’s dangerously close to peril and pain … Don’t ever forget, the biggest trick racists ever played on black people was teaching us to strip each other of our blackness whenever we disagree. Tricking us into dividing ourselves up into splinters so that we would never unite into a powerful rod”, wrote Trevor on the now-deleted Kanye’s post.
Since Kim Kardashian was declared single by a US court, Kanye West has been making public statements and posting in social media his concerns about the new relationship Kim started with Davidson, even saying that he is worried Pete would induce the mother of their children to drug abuse.
Kim wrote in February that her goal was to have a “healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship” for the sake of their children (North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm), but it seems that Kanye is looking otherwise.
