The relationship between Prince Harry and Prince Charles is at its “all-time low”, and according to a new report from British tabloid The Sun.
It is well known that the Duke of Sussex’s relationship with his father the Prince of Wales hasn’t always been a good one, especially after Harry and Meghan decided to leave the Royal Family.
Of course, there is also the Oprah interview in which Meghan talked about the issue regarding Archie’s skin color that was mentioned by one of the royal members.
According to The Sun’s source, both have “barely spoken” in the past eight months, with only a handful of “fraught” phone conversations since Harry and Meghan moved to the U.S.
However, the breaking point for the two of them was Harry’s statement about Mahfouz Marei Mubarak bin Mahfouz, a Saudi billionaire who allegedly told Michael Fawcett, Prince Charles closest aide, that he could be granted an honorary CBE in exchange for donations to the royal’s charity, The Prince’s Foundation.
Despite a Prince Charles’ spokesman denying the alleged exchange, sources close to the next King of England told The Sun that he has decided to keep “a dignified silence”, in fear of damaging his image and next reign.
