Throughout its current seven seasons, Game of Thrones has given us a vast array of characters, some admirable, and some truly hateable. With these many actors on screens, you’ve probably missed the many celebrities in minor roles hidden among them. These are the 10 celebrities that have had a cameo on the show.
The charming singer of “Shape of You” made an appearance in the first episode of the seventh season as a soldier under the Lannister banner.
The group participated in the episode depicting the wedding between Joffrey Baratheon and Margaery Tyrell.

Will Champion from Coldplay
During the Red Wedding, the Coldplay drummer makes a brief apparition playing, get this, a drum!
Wilko Johnson from Dr. Feelgood
This member of the famous punk rock band plays Ser Ilyn Payne, the mute royal excecutioner.
This Australian actress, star of The Babadook, plays Lady Crane—one of Arya’s targets on her path to becoming an assassin.
Of Monsters and Men
The indie band is part of the theatre performance in which Essie also appears.
The American Gods actor had a brief cameo in the 6th season episode, called “The Broken Man.”

The actor from Can You Ever Forgive Me? appeared in three episodes during the sixth season.

Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol
The Snow Patrol vocalist play a soldier under Lord Bolton. Gary fittingly sang the song called “The Bear and the Maiden Fair.”
As you can see, many celebrities have appeared on the show. Game of Thrones is set to air its eight and final season on April 14. Will we get to see more cameos? Only time will tell.
