The successful series The Bear will return in June and there are previews and new information about it.
FX released the trailer and from what it shows, The Bear season 2 will pick up exactly where the first part left off: The Beef is closed and the cast is seen packing everything up, of course, to make way for the new restaurant, The Bear. You can watch it here:
What is The Bear Series about and Why Did it Captivate Us?
The Bear tells the story of Camy, a successful haute cuisine chef who returns home to Chicago to run his late brother’s Italian restaurant, The Beef, who committed suicide.
Why did Camy’s brother commit suicide? Why did Camy leave his successful haute cuisine chef life to take over a site in clear decline? How to save the restaurant? How to deal with the complex personalities of those who work at The Beef?
It is a brutal series that talks about mental health, self-demand, leadership, teamwork, the family we choose throughout life, and complex adult life.
What Do We Know about The Bear season 2?
At the beginning of the year, we had news: “The Bear has exceeded our wildest creative, critical, and commercial expectations,” said Eric Schrier, president of FX Entertainment in a statement.
Thus, the second season of The Bear was confirmed, but we only knew that it would arrive at some point in 2023. Later, they revealed that it would arrive in the summer of 2023, and the latest preview confirmed that the premiere will be in June 2023.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Jeremy Allen White (Camy) detailed that while the first season was about ‘finding a family and feeling anchored’, the second season will focus on hospitality, taking care of others, and making the cast’s life a little bigger.
Where to Watch The Bear?
The second season of The Bear will be available in Latin America through Star+, and the same goes for the second.
