We all remember the cheeky but extremely talented girl called Hannah Montana and her quirky family. The TV series starred by Miley Cyrus was broadcasted from 2006 to 2011 totaling four seasons, four albums, and a movie. If we think about it, it hasn’t been that long, but it does feel like a lifetime…
Luckily for Miley, her pop megahits are pretty fresh and still, she’s decided to play Hannah Montana again on social media. And guess what? We’re all about to cry out of pure nostalgia…
It all started when Cyrus, actress and singer, started publishing stories on her official Instagram account in which she showed her makeover. The real surprise, however, was what she showed in the end: it was like really looking at Hannah Montana once more, except this time she was more beautiful and sophisticated.

“You know guys, it was so hard going back and forth that I decided that I’ll just be Hannah forever,” she joked on a video.
… And all of social media and the whole internet just blew up. Hannah Montana (2006) is the most successful children’s television show in the United States and Latin America, so obviously Miley’s fans reacted when they saw her turning into Hannah again. Afterwards, Miley sang one of her old hits (“Best Of Both Worlds”) from her Hannah Montana times and we all cried with joy and nostalgia.
“It’s all me,” Miley said on colorist Justin Anderson’s Instagram story. “I can’t believe that’s my f—ing hair! My hair is so long, that’s no weave!”
When Hannah Montana ended in 2011, Miley Cyrus made a huge effort to separate herself from her character in order to grow along her real talent. Later on, she would become one of the most influential artists in the music industry: We saw her get her heart broken, we saw her on her crazy years, and now we see her as a happily married woman. Remembering her wonderful years was a gift to fans. Rumors have been flowing since then and now fans are wondering if, much like the Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana is also coming back. Could it be? Or was Miley simply feeling blue over the anniversary of the broadcast of the show’s pilot, which was last Sunday?
