Netflix has just released "The Goop Lab", a docuseries with some tips from Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle and wellness company, Goop.

When Gwyneth Paltrow’s father got sick with cancer, she began to worry about how healthy her family’s diet was as well as their lifestyle. And after trying traditional Asian medicine and studying Eastern philosophy, Paltrow concluded that she needed to improve her physical and mental health.

Beware of heavy metals
According to Paltrow, a buildup of heavy metals in our system can cause chronic health issues. Heavy metal toxicity comes from contact with metals, and the symptoms can include fatigue, migraines, constipation, and other digestive issues.
Faecal transplants might be the way of the future
Faecal transplants are currently being used with some success to treat conditions like colitis, and according to Paltrow, it’s growing in popularity and could hold the key to many gut problems.
An orgasm is an important nutrient
You can be as healthy as you want, but if you don’t have frequent orgasms, you don’t have anything. Paltrow says it’s fundamental to health and wellness, since it reduces anger and frustration and leads to full, nourished lives.
Put a jade egg in your privates to strengthen your kidney
According to Paltrow, inserting a jade in your intimate area can increase your orgasms, boost your energy, and invigorate your life force. But, before you try this one, know that it can cause pelvic problems, as pelvic muscles are not meant to contract continuously.
Self-forgiveness is the key to health
True self forgiveness is the basis of all healing. According to Paltrow, you manifest bad things, if you hold onto mistakes in your body. Learning to forgive yourself and others is key.
