Have you already tried making the latest coffee trend? This cold drink is called “Dalgona coffee.” It’s very photogenic and a total hit on social media. 

This trend emerged in South Korea,  right when they started implementing lockdown measures due to the virus. During those days, people got creative, and social media became a window to the outside world. This coffee has become an online sensation, especially among TikTok users thanks to its easy preparation.

2 tbsp of instant coffee

2 tbsp of sugar 

2 tbsp of hot water 

1 cup of milk

It’s just 4 steps. 

1- Mix the coffee, sugar, and water in a container. 

2- Stir very well, by hand or with a mixer, until you obtain a thick consistency. 

3- Serve the milk in the cup and leave about an inch or two to add the mix. You can even add some ice cubes too. 

4- Add the coffee mix. 

The end result should be a creamy drink that looks appealing from every angle. The key is to stir the first three ingredients thoroughly. You can even add an egg white to make it fluffier, and even try it with Matcha or Chai powder if you don't drink coffee.
