The World Health Organization has shared some helpful tips to prevent COVID-19, best known as coronavirus, which has cost the lives of around 2,810 people around the world.
The WHO’s tips are as follows:
Don't touch your face
Personal hygiene is essential. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with dirty hands.
Wash your hands
Make sure you wash your hands frequently with soap and water. Then, use an antibacterial gel to reduce the risk of contagion.
Wear a mask
If you have to go outside, wear a mask, and remember to throw it away when you don’t need it.
Keep your distance
Avoid crowded places, and if you see someone coughing, give them a mask to protect everyone else who is near.
Stay safe
If you find yourself in the middle of a lockdown, and you have to stay home, remember to eat a balanced diet, vegetable soup, fruits high in vitamin C, and all foods with vitamin A.
Take care of yourself
Last but not least, avoid consuming alcohol, tobacco, and any other substance that can harm your health.
Go to the doctor
If you're not feeling well, don't hesitate and go to the doctor.
Now more than ever, we must be responsible and follow these indications to stop COVID-19 from spreading.
