Every year, our New Year´s resolutions play a very influential role in the way in which we perceive and act upon our future aspirations. We try to build new habits, create routines, establish double-action plans that will lead us closer to our goals… but still, we are missing a solid foundation over which we can base all these actions, and that is when the Law of Attraction comes in handy.
What is the Law of attraction?
Have you heard that common thought saying that you should insist on something so badly until the universe gets tired of your insistence and ends up giving it to you? Well, that is kind of the general idea of this concept, except for the fact that it is not just a magic trick.
This universal law aligns primarily with the energy that each thing or person emanates so that you learn how to flow positively with it and then attract all those positive intentions back into your life in the shape of anything you wanted to attract.
How does the Law of Attraction work?
It’s all about intentions. Once you have established what you want to accomplish in the New Year, it is literally time to put your mind to it. Either with vision boards, your phone’s background, somewhere on your daily planner, or even through morning social media scanning, you’ve got to find the best way in which you can be reminded every day of what your goals are and therefore have positive thoughts about them. In the long run, the universe aligns with it and provides you with the exact opportunities that will lead you to success.
To be honest, the concept does have a little bit of magic in it, but it is also fair to note that it won’t work unless you do. The trick behind it is that by keeping your brain active towards what your goals are, you will then be more prompt to notice every single opportunity that could possibly take you where you want to be and that’s how you can accomplish most of your goals for New Year.
The best technique for New Year’s Resolutions
Besides the theoretical explanation as to why this could be the perfect way to accomplish this year’s resolutions without failure, it is also really fun to apply, especially with vision boards and any mindful activities that you enjoy doing constantly like meditation or journaling.
You probably have heard of this manifestation technique and were kind of skeptical about it, but this year is perfect to try something new; ‘who knows? Maybe you’ll be surprised by the results!
