It's Christmas time! the White House unveils its holiday's decorations

‘Gifts from the Heart’ is the theme of Jill Biden's first Christmas decoration in the White House. Here are some of the best pictures.

Jill Biden unveiled her first Christmas decoration for the White House. Her theme, ‘Gifts from the Heart’, paid a tribute not only to past families that have lived there such as the Trumps but also to frontline covid workers. 

For this decoration, the staff used over 40 Christmas trees, 6,000 ft of ribbon, more than 300 candles, and over 10,000 ornaments.

Throughout different spaces, the decoration kept traditional elements and in some, it was a little experimental and modern.

One of the touches Jill Biden put to her décor, was the stockings hanging on the fireplace. Each of them had the names of the Biden grandchildren: Naomi, Finnegan, Maisy, Natalie, Hunter, and Baby Beau.

Jill Biden also paid tribute to those families that used to live in the White House by hanging portraits of them in one of the Christmas Trees.

Surprisingly, one of these pictures had Donald and Melania Trump receiving the pine tree for one of their decorations.

This year, the famous Ginger Bread White House paid tribute to frontline workers by placing community buildings such as a grocery store, school, post office, hospital, fire station, and police station.
