In one of the most controversial and at the same time popular podcasts in the world, Adam Sandler and Joe Rogan were brave in giving their unpopular opinions on the unfortunate issue between Chris Rock and Will Smith.
Apparently Joe Rogan and Sandler consider that the slap that Chris received was the best thing that could have happened to him, but we do not know if the famous comedian thinks the same.
Both had a talk of at least two hours where they dedicated considerable time to the topic that shook the world of entertainment back to 2022.

It all started because Adam Sandler began to tell that he had recently spoken with Chris Rock about how excited he was to return to standup and immediately Joe Rogan interrupted the anecdote to say that the slap at the Oscars was the best thing that could have happened to him.

“It was also like a buildup because of getting slapped by Will Smith, and all that crazy sh*t, I think that was like the best thing that ever happened to him because then he became like wild again… Like his stand up was outrageous like it was like the rock of old,” said Rogan.
Adam Sandler and Joe Rogan also analyzed how Chris Rock took so long to talk about the subject, explaining that this was most likely due to Rock taking time to think and structure how he wanted to handle the subject.
“That’s because where we are in life where anything you say is f*cking on the internet the next day so he’s got to be careful and not blow the sh*t up,” explained Adam Sandler.
As controversial as that podcast is, for the first time we believe that Adam Sandler and Joe Rogan have a point, as Rogan spoke about how the Academy did not protect Chris at all after being assaulted on live television and also having awarded Will Smith anyway.
“I think for him it was also a wakeup call like hey these motherf*ckers don’t really care about me, they didn’t protect me, nobody stopped it, he got back and sat down and then he got an award afterwards and got a standing ovation what the f*ck is going on here,” said Rogan
To end the topic, both said how difficult it is now for the public to separate Will Smith from his actions, because now anything he does will be directly linked to that violent incident at the Oscars where they were unable to stop the attack.
