Game of Thrones was probably the best television series to have ever aired. Regardless of how you feel about the ending, if you were there from day one, that means you have invested eight years in the series alone (or more, if you have also been a fan of the books). It’s not easy letting go of such a huge popular phenomenon, so it’s only natural that fans would like to commemorate being a part of it. And what better way to honor a work of art like Game of Thrones than a work of art on your body?
To set the example, both Emilia Clarke and Sophie Turner have gotten tattoos themselves. Which ones did they get? You guessed it!
Both of them got tattoos of something related specifically to their characters. While Clarke got three very small, very subtle and very beautiful dragons, turner went for the House Stark sigil with their unofficial motto, “The pack survives,” a recurring theme for the Stark family (in case you forgot, the entire motto goes like this: “When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives”).
