There are losses that leave us with more questions than answers — and that’s exactly what Brooke Hogan is experiencing after the death of her father, the iconic wrestler Hulk Hogan, at the age of 71.
Although it was officially stated that the cause was a myocardial infarction, his daughter isn’t entirely convinced — and she has good reasons.
In an unprompted phone call to the Bubba The Love Sponge radio show, Brooke opened up about her emotions and her father’s death, and what she said left many people stunned. She made it clear she couldn’t understand how no one detected the high white blood cell count in his previous blood tests, especially considering he always had checkups before every surgery.
With a mix of sadness and concern, Brooke said what many don’t dare to: something doesn’t add up. The Hulk Hogan she knew wasn’t someone who would just give up like that. And to her, there are details that simply don’t make sense.

The Real Cause of Hulk Hogan’s Death
During the interview, 37-year-old Brooke spoke about one of the most shocking deaths in recent memory — that of her father, Hulk Hogan.
She revealed that she had witnessed her father’s commitment to his health for years:
“I saw his bloodwork every time he had surgery,” she said.
Except for a heart surgery earlier this year, she was there for almost all of them.
“A doctor once told me his blood was like that of a 25-year-old,” she added — so she can’t understand how everything suddenly changed.
On top of that, Hulk was a fan of anti-aging treatments and treated his body like he was preparing for a daily match, which makes her even more skeptical of the leukemia diagnosis.

To her, none of it makes sense. There’s no family history of cancer, and she finds it suspicious that no autopsy was performed. “Yes, someone can die of a heart attack… but what caused it?” she asked.
The sudden mention of leukemia — specifically CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia) — on the forensic certificate also strikes her as “nonsense.”
According to TMZ and Page Six, police found nothing suspicious, and the official cause remains a heart attack. But for Brooke, there are gaps that can’t be filled by a single sheet of paper signed by the coroner. The lack of an autopsy and the sudden diagnosis continue to leave her deeply unsettled.
