Kristin Cabot’s Ex-Husband Breaks His Silence
According to People, Kristin Cabot’s former partner told a spokesperson that everything that happened that night at the Coldplay concert occurred because the two had already separated “privately and amicably” several weeks earlier. In other words, this confirms that Andrew and Kristin Cabot had already been planning to divorce before that night, and the viral attention only accelerated the process of finally signing the papers.
“Now that the divorce filing is public, Andrew hopes this helps respectfully put an end to speculation and allows his family the privacy they have always valued,” said the spokesperson for Kristin’s ex-husband, who is the CEO of New England’s Privateer Rum distillery. This statement comes just days after media outlets reported that Kristin had filed for divorce, while Andrew was being painted as “a money-driven, unpleasant man.”
Reports also suggest that far from feeling sad about discovering the infidelity, Andrew felt embarrassed by the way it all came out. His response confirms that the couple had already been together only in name, with no love left between them.
