Demi Moore Reveals How She Deals With Bruce Willis’ Illness

In an interview with Andy Cohen, Bruce’s ex-wife told more details about how she has faced the actor’s illness, but also what she learned as a result of this situation.

“I think the most important thing I can share is: Meet them where they are,” she said.

The famous person also pointed out that the most important thing is to focus on enjoying the present, leaving aside the thoughts and memories of what one day was that person who suffers from this condition that directly affects the patient’s brain.

“When you let go of the person they were, or the person you would like them to be, then you can live in the present and enjoy that love that is present, the one they give you because of how they are,” she highlighted.

She also commented that if Bruce Willis is currently calm it is thanks to the team he has formed with his family, who have allowed him to be close to the actor.

“Enjoy the joy and love that is present there and for everything they are, not for everything they are not.”

Despite the complicated situation that the famous man is going through, he is responding well, which is why he constantly reminds his daughters that “you have to let go” and enjoy what life allows you with him.

“Given the circumstances, he is doing very well. “What I will share is what I tell my daughters, that it is important to simply keep it in mind where it is and not hold on to what is not, but to what is because there is great beauty, sweetness, love and joy in that,” she added.
