Katy Perry proved she’s an artist who cares deeply about her fans and will be there for them no matter what. That was made clear during a recent concert, when one of her KatyCats fainted on stage — possibly from the excitement.
The California Gurl is currently on her Lifetimes Tour, which has been making headlines in recent weeks. From a fan jumping on stage to hug her, to a near fall caused by a harness malfunction, to the flirty exchange with Justin Trudeau — and now, for helping a fan who fainted from the thrill of seeing her idol up close.
While Katy was talking and entertaining the crowd, her fan could be seen hyperventilating, and suddenly collapsed. Katy immediately reacted — she dropped her mic and went to the young girl, holding her head as she regained consciousness.

The show was paused for at least five minutes while security attended to the young woman, who was eventually helped off the stage to receive further support, allowing Katy to continue with the performance.
According to other videos shared on social media, Katy Perry later informed the crowd that the girl was okay and even shouted her name while flying over the venue on a butterfly.

The internet quickly made the moment go viral, praising Katy’s actions and her kindness toward McKenna, the fan’s name, showing the world how big her heart truly is.
“Most people panic and don’t know what to do, and seeing her react so fast and even try to help before the girl fainted is really comforting,”
“I love how she stays with the girl and doesn’t pull away. No one will ever convince me she’s a bad person,” people wrote on social media.
In another video, it’s clear Katy never left the fan’s side, even offering her some water while she received attention from security staff.
