It happened this Sunday (June 27) during the live performance of Migos at the BET Awards. After one song, the stage lit up with the surprise appearance of Cardi B where she showed her beautiful baby bump in a luxurious black Dolce and Gabbana jumpsuit that showed her belly underneath a gorgeous sheer fabric.
“I just know these two will love each other soo much and argue soo much since they’re 3 years apart…just like me and Henny ,”
The Black Entertainment Television network celebrates African American people in music, acting, sports, and other entertainment areas. This year’s theme was “Year of the Black Woman,” making it the perfect moment for Cardi B to announce the upcoming birth of her second child right next to her husband Offset, a member of Migos. Also, the acclaimed rapper celebrated two wins at the award ceremony for Best Video and Best Collaboration for her latest hit ‘WAP’ featuring Megan Thee Stallion.
Just moments after the surprising performance, Cardi B confirmed her pregnancy through social media with some astonishing pictures with her husband Offset and her almost-three-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari. By the way, this isn’t the first time the rapper announces her pregnancy on stage. Back in 2018, when she was pregnant with Kulture, Cardi B also revealed her beautiful baby bump while performing in SNL after months of secrets and speculation.
It seems that keeping happy news for a while is part of Cardi’s strategy. Cardi and Offset tied the knot in September 2017 but didn’t make it public until almost a year later just when they were about to welcome their daughter Kulture.
2020 was also a complicated year for the couple who even got separated and filed for divorce in September, three years after their wedding. However, they dismissed the petition a couple of months later and decided to start over. Besides Kulture Kiari, Offset has three other children from previous relationships.
“We listened to each other, communicated, prayed, and then God blessed us and our family with another little blessing,”
