Professionally, Taylor Swift has proven to be probably the most important music star of the moment, but it seems that after her recent breakup with Matty Healy, she’s already willing to give love another chance. This time, she’s gone for someone outside the entertainment business and set eyes on a top athlete, the two-times Super Bowl winner, Travis Kelce.
Is Taylor Swift Dating Travis Kelce?
Although rumors don’t say anything about an actual and formal relationship, it seems that Taylor and Kelce are just ‘hanging out;’ but, what does it mean? Allegedly, Taylor was so smitten by Kelce’s attempt to meet and exchange numbers during one of her Eras Tour concerts, that they ended up meeting in New York a couple of weeks ago.
As reported in Page Six, an insider declared that “Taylor and Travis have been quietly hanging out. She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago.” None of the celebs have confirmed anything but Kelce himself has given some hints about this in his podcast New Heights, which he co-stars with the also-NFL star and twin brother, Jonathan Kelce.
During an episode in late August, Kelce confirmed that he had been hanging out in New York recently; however, he was a bit hesitant to say what he did there and who he saw despite his brother’s attempts to make him talk.
Not only that, when his brother was teasing him about his new mustache, he asked him if he had “found out what Taylor Swift thinks.” A bit pissed off, Travis replied: “Um, yeah we are not going to bring up Taylor Swift in this episode. But something tells me she is going to like it.”

If Taylor and Travis are actually dating it would be seriously cute and heartwarming, because Kelce seems to be a true Swiftie! As mentioned, the Super Bowl champion attended her show in Kansas City, and not only did he try to meet her, he had even made a friendship bracelet himself and tried to exchange it with her. Oh, wanna hear what’s more adorable? Travis Kelcy added his number to the bracelet!
“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings. So, I was a little butthurt that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”
Yes, you read it right, this was just ONE of the bracelets he made for her!!! Isn’t it cute?! It seems that although his adorable plan didn’t work out at the moment, eventually his job paid off and they are already in contact and ‘hanging out!’
