And in a recent interview for The Guardian she revealed that she does not like working with people born between 1997 and 2012 because they can turn out to be unproductive individuals, which she has come to find annoying.
The Oscar winner was honest and acknowledged that on several occasions she has had differences with the young people with whom she has collaborated because they are not capable of recognizing a mistake and when she has let them know, instead of taking their comments into account, they are indifferent.
“They are annoying, especially at work. They tell you: ‘No, I don’t feel well today, I will come at 10:30.’ In emails, for example, I tell them that something is grammatically incorrect, that they haven’t checked the spelling, and they reply: ‘Why would I? Isn’t that a little limiting?” she explained.
