Insider Leaks Marvel Character Taylor Swift Would Play In New Series

We recently told you about the rumors that pointed to a private conversation held between Taylor Swift and Marvel executives, especially Kevin Feige, where, apparently, there was talk about the arrival of the singer to the MCU, and although at one point it was said that she could play the mutant, Dazzler, it seems that the plans are completely different.

Among other rumors that have surfaced about Taylor Swift’s alleged appearance at Marvel, much has been said that we may see her having a brief cameo in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’, the third installment of the character played by Ryan Reynolds and which is scheduled to be released at the end of June in theaters.

Taylor Swift To Play Blonde Phantom For Marvel Series

However, a new leak from insider DanielRPK suggests that Taylor Swift would not play Dazzler in the MCU, but rather that executives intend to revive one of the classic characters and make a Disney+ exclusive series.

According to the insider, the character that Taylor Swift would play for the Marvel series would be none other than Blonde Phantom, while the series would be set in Las Vegas in the 50s and would be a kind of detective drama that would explore a world still unknown within the canons of Marvel.

According to danielrpk, taylor swift won’t play dazzler in the mcu, but a classic character created by stan lee.

If you want to know a little more about this character, Blonde Phantom is a Marvel superheroine originally created by Stan Lee and Syd Shores, and first appeared in All Select Comics #11 in 1946.

In her daily life, Blonde Phantom is named after Louise Grant Mason, a secretary for the Mark Mason Detective Agency, however, when she takes off her glasses and lets her hair down, she becomes a masked superhero who tries to rescue her boss from dangerous situations around her special investigations.

Despite being created in the 1940s, the performer has made several appearances in recent marvel comics.

The introduction of this character could make sense given that Marvel would be looking to explore other very specific historical moments to nourish its universe much more. Let’s remember that when the official cast of Fantastic Four was announced, rumors pointed out that this story would be set during the 60s, just when man finally arrived on the moon.

What’s more, it was recently revealed that Marvel is planning the return of Chris Evans as Captain America in a miniseries that would explore how the character returned each of the Infinity Stones to its place of origin, so watching a series set in the ’50s doesn’t sound far-fetched.
