Matthew Perry’s Cause of Death Revealed and We Still Don’t Believe It

Matthew Perry’s Death Could Have Been Avoided, New Details of the Tragedy Revealed

Almost 2 months after the tragedy, Matthew Perry’s cause of death was no longer a mystery. The authorities shared more details of what happened to the Friends actor on October 28, 2023. The Los Angeles County medical examiner explained on December 15 that Matthew died under “the acute effects of Ketamine,” used to treat depression and anxiety.

However, other factors triggered this tragedy such as drowning, coronary artery disease, and the effects of buprenorphine, which is used to treat opioid use disorder. The doctor revealed that Perry, a week before dying, underwent Ketamine infusion therapy, although he would have ingested this later, since, the expert noted, the remains of this medication have a life of 3 to 4 hours.

But he also noted that no evidence of alcohol, methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, PCP, or fentanyl was found.
