Now, for the bad news: Page Six confirmed this morning that rapper Offset and Cardi B will be ending their marriage after 7 years. However, the reasons are not related to the alleged cheating rumors circulating on social media.
According to the media outlet, Cardi and Offset “are growing apart” and it probably has nothing to do with the rumors about the rapper, as he was spotted with a girl he was allegedly dating.
“It’s not something that happened overnight … They’ve both been on the same page. There wasn’t [pushback]. They’ve grown apart and that feeling has gotten stronger over time. It’s become unavoidable,” said the insider to Page Six.
Cardi B and Offset Relationship Story
The couple met in New York and started dating in February 2017. Since then, they’ve shared moments both on stage and in their personal lives.
In October of the same year, Cardi B and Offset had a secret wedding after he proposed to her on stage during a concert in Philadelphia. To give you some context, their relationship had been kept private until the marriage was made public.
