Alright, let’s ditch the fancy talk and get real about co-parenting in the celeb world. Imagine juggling red carpets with school pickups, paparazzi lurking while braiding hair – yikes! Whenever we see a recently separated couple hanging out we immediately jump to assume they have just gotten back together. In some cases, we could be very right, but the truth is, in most cases, it’s simply an act of co-parenting. Someone who has just made the headlines for that matter is the iconic Cardi B, who was just seen with Offset at a Travis Scott concert 12 days after announcing their separation.
Back Together or Co-Parenting?
Naturally, everybody’s first reaction was to assume that the couple had gotten back together even though their breakup was messy and above all quite public. Cardi B shared very controversial posts on social media regarding their separation, even suggesting he had cheated on her. But now, everybody seems to think it’s all forgiven and forgotten.
Reconciliation rumors sparked this weekend when people realized the former couple were spending Christmas together alongside their two kids, Kulture and Wave. Both rappers shared images of their little ones happily unwrapping their gifts, but they were not seen actually together… until the concert where Cardi B and Offset shared a lovely family pic.
Is it possible to keep a healthy environment for your kids when all the dirty laundry of your relationship is being discussed online? We don’t know. So far, none of them have talked about a reconciliation, and they probably won’t say a thing either. But what’s true is that they seem committed to stand each other for their kids’ sake, and that’s beautiful!
