Colombian actress Sofía Vergara and Netflix have brought to the screen the story of Griselda Blanco, one of the most infamous and powerful drug traffickers in Colombia. Immediately, the series became a success, causing controversy and interest in the events that revolve around the real events in the life of the nicknamed “The Godmother.” Added to this, the denunciations of Michael Corleone Blanco, the only living son of the drug trafficker, only increased curiosity about the events that inspired the miniseries.
