A terrible tragedy occurred at a gym in Indonesia when a woman died after falling from an electric treadmill while she was exercising.
Incredible as it may seem, the woman was exercising on the device, when she suddenly lost her balance and the force of the band threw her, causing her to fall out of a window from the third floor.
This fatal incident was recorded on video by the gym’s security cameras, where the moment can be seen when the woman is thrown off the treadmill belt because she lost her balance and couldn’t stop.
Behind her was a very large open window and as the woman lost her balance, she was unable to stop and fell right there; but she was on the third floor of the building, which caused her to have serious head injuries and once paramedics treated her at the scene, she was rushed to a nearby hospital.

While she was taken to the hospital, the woman did not survive due to severe head injuries and she was pronounced dead before reaching the hospital. Some gym goers and those who witnessed the unfortunate tragedy indicated that the staff there had already been warned that the treadmills were very close to the windows and a serious accident could happen, which was what happened to the unfortunate woman. .
Doctors who examined the woman to find out the causes of her death indicated that she had suffered a brain hemorrhage, which caused her death before she could reach the hospital and be treated. She also had numerous blows and lacerations to her head, which is why she was bleeding.
