In this exact moment someone is decanting a bottle of wine at an Italian trattoria. In an airport in Hong Kong, a couple is saying goodbye with a passionate kiss, and in a café at Boulevard du Montparnasse, a writer is finishing the last sentence of his first novel.
We are all equally different, and if we ever want to understand the diversity and complexity of the world, it will only be achievable through a camera lens. We will shorten the distance between ourselves and the story of the protagonists of the portraits. A single image can teach us about the multiple forms of friendship, the different meaning of “home,” or it can inspire us to be kinder.
Antonio Sampayo

At the top of a mountain or in the forest’s depths, a person will intentionally get lost to question his place in the world. Sampayo captures this moment of introspection, where loneliness fuses with the coldness of a natural setting. His photographs reflect our constant quest to understand the mystery of the universe and how our rituals and customs give us comfort and help give meaning to the unknown.

Andrés Arochi

His pictures play with the textures and tonalities nature provides and which men cannot imitate. He traveled across Latin America to capture the places where almost no one has gone before. His adventurous spirit, combined with his talent with the camera, resulted in the creation of a photo series named Austreal. Through his lens, we get the chance to experience the different landscapes of the south region of the planet.

Alejandra López-Zaballa

Like Adrés Arochi, Alejandra has an adventurous soul, which has made her a citizen of the world. She believes in the power of photography to capture feelings and experiences, as well as its ability to take us back in time whenever we want. She has made an effort to understand the different lifestyles and stories of every place she has visited. Her black and white portraits make us feel empathy for the people she captures.

Santiago Arau

Technology is his best ally. By working with drones, he has given his audience the chance to approach urban spaces in a new way. His snaps provide a rush of adrenaline when we see the unique angles of his camera. Arau has also made a short film of Mexico City called La Ciudad. His love for this city allowed him tell the story of its chaotic daily life in just a couple of minutes.

Juan Javier Ibarra

His photographs are centered on each person he shoots. He listens to their stories and visually translates them into a moment frozen by art. His film-making background gives a voice to the secondary characters of life, so they can share their own adventures.
