Things haven’t been so easy for Amber Heard in the past couple of years. After pretty much losing the infamous trial against her former husband Johnny Depp, Amber Heard decided to leave the United States and start a new life in Spain, even changing her name to Calamity Jane.
For months, Amber Heard has been pretty much hiding and enjoying her life with her daughter Oonagh. She’s been captured by fans and paparazzi having a great time, but she hasn’t made a public appearance yet… until now. Just this November 10, Amber Heard decided to make a comeback to red carpets.
Amber Heard’s Red Carpet Comeback
Amber Heard’s comeback to the spotlight wasn’t a huge Hollywood event. It could not have been since the actors’ strike had just ended yesterday. Instead, Amber Heard decided to go a bit low profile and attend the opening of the Isla Calavera Festival in Tenerife, Spain, where she lives.
This year, the festival is honoring the 1933 classic movie King Kong. But besides a homage to celebrate the anniversary of the film, the festival will also screen the historical thriller In the Fire, starring none other than Amber Heard. Although the screening won’t happen until next Sunday, Amber decided to attend the opening red carpet accompanied by her sister Whitney Henriquez.
Amber will hit back the screens, firstly with In the Fire this Sunday, and next December with her short and controversial appearance in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
