Brad Pitt once again shows he’s no angel, quite the opposite, as Angelina Jolie accused him of physical abuse in 2016, even claiming that Pitt laid hands on their kid.
Brad Pitt has denied it, but Angelina Jolie stands firm in her statements and accusations against the actor. It all stems from the family’s flight from France to Los Angeles in September 2016 when Pitt allegedly assaulted Jolie, leading her to leave him afterward.
“While Pitt’s history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him.”
The Legal Battle Between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt
Though neither Angelina nor Pitt have provided details on the matter, including through their lawyers, we can conclude there’s much more to be said about it. And if you’re wondering why the discussion arises now, it’s due to Angelina’s legal team submitting a motion in the ongoing legal dispute involving the winery case, in which both AJ and BP are still engaged. In this case, Brad Pitt is suing Angelina for attempting to sell her shares of their winery, Château Miraval, to a third party.

According to TMZ, Angelina’s lawyers believe Brad is trying to further silence AJ by asking her to sign a more detailed and broader NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), this is to prevent her from revealing information that could harm Pitt. Angelina’s team has said that originally she agreed to sign a standard NDA when she offered to sell her shares to Brad, but he changed his mind because he wanted a stricter agreement during their custody dispute.

The versions vary depending on whether you hear from Angelina Jolie or Brad Pitt. Now, in terms of custody, it was said that a litigating judge of the family court ruled that custody be shared 50/50... But if Angelina’s allegations of physical abuse are true, the judge definitely shouldn’t have done that. However, we also know that recently Shiloh decided to live with her dad once she turns 18.
