American singer and actress Barbra Streisand left everyone shook with a comment left on Melissa McCarthy‘s recent instagram post.
The comedian posted a photo with friend and film director, Adam Shankman, as they attended the Centre Theatre Group’s CTG Gala in Los Angeles.
Melissa rocked a light green dress with a matching blazer. She captioned the image by mentioning Shankman.

What no one would have expected, was Barbra Streisand’s invasive comment: “Give him my regards did you take Ozempic?”
What? Why would she say that?
A lot of people stated that she probably thought she was sending a DM. Others criticized the actress for being “shady”.
Although the injectable medicine is used once a week and was created to manage blood sugar for type 2 diabetes, many celebrities have openly discussed using Ozempic for weight-loss purposes. While some embrace it, others deny using it.
Now, the singer is facing backlash as some people have pointed out how invasive it was to ask Melissa the question. Neither Melissa nor Barbra have commented on the subject.
What is true is that Melissa has made some past declarations about her struggles with losing weight, even mentioning that she starved herself and had body image issues.
“There’s an epidemic in our country of girls and women feeling bad about themselves based on what 0.5% of the human race looks like,” she told Redbook in 2016. “It starts very young. My message is that as long as everybody’s healthy, enjoy and embrace whatever body type you have.”
