Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are urgently seeking to part ways with their Beverly Hills marital home amid swirling rumors about their relationship.
The couple, who paid a staggering $60 million for the property less than two years ago, has now put it on the market for an eye-popping $68 million. However, finding a buyer has proven elusive.

Affleck and Lopez have faced persistent speculation about an impending divorce. In response, they’ve listed their 12-bedroom, 24-bath mansion, hoping to move on.
The “Good Will Hunting” actor has already relocated to a $100,000-a-month rental home in Brentwood. According to close insiders, they never quite felt settled in the sprawling 38,000-square-foot mansion.
“They are in a rush to sell it. Ben especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there,” said the source to US Weekly.
Affleck, who shares three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, found it too far from his kids. Meanwhile, Lopez, who has twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, considered it too large for her taste. So neither of them felt comfortable in that house anyway.
“There is hope they could all celebrate together for a mellow family party in Los Angeles,” added the insider.
Despite their separation, there’s a glimmer of hope for reconciliation. The couple’s children are reportedly working behind the scenes to bring them back together, believing that their parents are deeply in love—like soul mates—and hoping they’ll find a way to work things out.
