Eight months following Sam Asghari’s filing for divorce from singer Britney Spears, concluding their one-year marital journey, the duo has finally reached a divorce settlement, according to documents obtained by E! News.
The legal documents signify the divorce as uncontested, indicating mutual agreement between Britney and Sam regarding their property and marriage rights, including support. These agreements have been or are being submitted to the court.
Both Britney and Sam have been reached for comment but there has been no response yet.

Sam initiated the divorce proceedings in August, after their June 2022 wedding:
“On the heels of six years of love and devotion, my wife and I have chosen to conclude our journey together,” he conveyed via his Instagram Story on August 17. “We will preserve the love and admiration we hold for each other, and I extend my best wishes to her always.”
“Life happens. While requesting privacy may seem trivial, I implore everyone, including the media, to exhibit kindness and consideration.” he also stated.
Britney, on her part, shared her sentiments regarding the separation just a day later.
“As everyone is aware, Hesam and I are no longer a couple,” she communicated via Instagram on August 18. “Six years is a significant period to spend with someone, so I’m admittedly taken aback, but… I’m not here to provide explanations because, honestly, it’s nobody’s concern!!! However, I simply couldn’t endure the anguish any longer!!!”
Britney said she would love to show her emotions on how she felt, but that she also always had to hide her weaknesses.
“You’re supposed to be loved unconditionally … not under conditions !!!! So I will be as strong as I can and do my best !!! And I’m actually doing pretty damn good !!! Anyways have a good day and don’t forget to smile !!!” she added.
