TMZ has obtained official documents indicating that Karen Jenner’s cause of death was attributed to cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac arrhythmia, with Type 2 diabetes listed as a secondary underlying factor.
Additionally, the documents mention that Karen had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Following her passing on March 19, she was cremated. Karen was 65 years old at the time of her demise.
According to reports, emergency responders were already engaged in life-saving efforts upon their arrival at Karen’s residence in San Marcos, CA. Despite their efforts, they were unable to revive her.

Karen was Kris Jenner’s only sibling, born three years subsequent to the renowned momager. The sisters shared a childhood in San Diego, primarily under the care of their mother, MJ, following her divorce from their father, Robert Houghton.
Sources close to the family disclosed to TMZ that Kris was deeply saddened by the loss of her sister. She also paid a heartfelt tribute to Karen on Instagram, reminiscing about their shared history and relationship.
Although their relationship had its complexities, including Karen’s assertion in 2014 that Kris’ celebrity had altered her, Kris’ tribute was sincere. By 2019, any past tensions seemed to have eased, as evidenced by a family photograph featuring both sisters.
