The 2025 Golden Globes were full of big moments, but it was Demi Moore who stole the show with her Best Actress win for the horror flick The Substance. Kylie Jenner, on the other hand, didn’t exactly have her shining moment.
Kylie showed up with his boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, and the two looked adorable together in the photos that surfaced. But things got a little awkward when Kylie had a run-in with Demi.

Demi was busy chatting with Elle Fanning and Timothée after her win and barely acknowledged Kylie, who tried to start a conversation.
At one point, Kylie even shouted, “Congrats!” to Demi, who gave her a quick “thanks” before moving on. Fun fact: Kylie dressed up as Demi for Halloween, but that didn’t seem to win her any points.
Even with the cringe moment, Kylie and Timothée seemed to have a good time. A source told Entertainment Tonight that the two are still seeing each other when they can. “Kylie’s super busy with work and traveling, but they make time for each other when it works. They’re keeping things low-key and just having fun together,” the insider shared.
This wasn’t their first Golden Globes appearance as a couple. Last year, they skipped the red carpet together but sat next to each other during the ceremony, where cameras caught them kissing.
As for Demi, her win was a big deal. During her acceptance speech, she said, “Wow, I really wasn’t expecting that. I’m in shock. I’ve been doing this for over 45 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever won anything as an actor.” She wrapped up by saying, “I’m so humbled and so grateful.”
Demi’s big win is what everyone will remember from the 2025 Golden Globes, and hopefully Kylie won’t take this slip too personal.
