To Wallen’s misfortune, two policemen were in front of Chief’s Bar just when it all happened and witnessed the exact moment the chair fell from the rooftop to the street. According to People, the singer was arrested on three charges of reckless endangerment as well as disorderly conduct, according to police records. Morgan’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, stated that Wallen is cooperating with the police after his arrest.

“At 10:53 p.m. Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct,” the statement reads. “He is cooperating fully with authorities.”
This Isn’t Morgan Wallen’s Only Controversy
It’s not the first time Morgan Wallen has found himself embroiled in controversies, as in 2021 he was caught on video saying the N-word while intoxicated with some friends. This offense cost him the suspension of his contract with the record label, disqualification from the Academy of Country Music Awards in the same year, as well as the removal of his songs from radio.

One Night at a Time World Tour
Wallen’s arrest on April 7th occurred just days after he began his One Night at a Time world tour in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a 25-song setlist.
