Peso Pluma has become, in the blink of an eye, one of the most popular artists of the moment; however, before that, the young singer would have spent some time in a rehabilitation center.
Recently, a couple of photos have gone viral on social networks showing Hassan Emilio Kabande, the singer’s real name, a few years before achieving fame in what is believed to be a support institution against addictions.
In the images, a much younger Peso Pluma can be seen with a haircut totally different from his already characteristic mullet, participating in what could be some of the activities that usually take place in centers against addictions.

According to several users, the photographs were taken from a public Facebook group, in which several people claimed that Peso Pluma spent some time in rehab, although, so far, no further details have been revealed.
It should be noted that the young singer has not issued any kind of comment on the matter, although it is known that the singer prefers, in most cases, not to reveal details about his private life, so it would not be a surprise that on this occasion it would also be like that.
However, if the above is confirmed, Peso Pluma’s story would be a testimony of overcoming and determination, since the young man would not only have successfully overcome his rehabilitation but would also have achieved success in the world of music.

How Was Peso Pluma’s Performance at the VMAs 2023?
Peso Pluma performed at the MTV VMAs 2023, surprising everyone by starting his show with a string ensemble that performed in unison a fragment of the movement “Autumn” from Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. However, the classical musical was left behind when the melody was transformed into the song “Lady Gaga,” a hit that is part of his latest album Genesis.
The singer got everyone dancing to the rhythm of the guitars, and even Taylor Swift was captured enjoying his music and cheering for the Mexican sensation. It should be noted that, throughout the event, artists such as Nicki Minaj, Anitta, The Warning, Olivia Rodrigo, Fall Out Boy, and Demi Lovato, among many other stars, performed.
