Four Real Madrid players were arrested for a case of disclosure of intimate secrets. The news that has shaken the world was released exclusively by the newspaper El Confidencial in Spain. According to the report, the investigations are in charge of the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard of Las Palmas. The soccer players are implicated in recording an adult video with a minor and disseminating it to other players.
Minutes later, the Spanish club admitted what happened through an official statement. “Real Madrid communicates that it has learned that a Castilla player and three Real Madrid players have given statements to the Guardia Civil concerning a complaint for the alleged dissemination of a private video via WhatsApp. When the club has detailed knowledge of the facts, it will take the appropriate measures.”
Who Are the Real Madrid Players Accused?
The arrests took place this morning, and the four players were transferred to police premises to instruct the proceedings. They are accused of an alleged crime of “lifting of secrets.” So far, the identity of the Real Madrid players has not been revealed, although, after the club’s confirmation, it is already known that the four involved are from the Cantera, that is, from the Merengue’s basic forces.
Cadena SER also confirmed what was published by El Confidencial. “The canteranos of Real Madrid have been arrested for disseminating via WhatsApp an adult video with a 16-year-old minor. The mother of the minor has denounced the facts in Mogán (Gran Canaria) since, according to her daughter’s version, she did not authorize that recording to be leaked.”
In this case, after the message from Real Madrid, there were finally four soccer players arrested and not three as it had been said at first. Three from the team and one more from Castilla, a subsidiary team that plays in the third category of Spanish soccer. SER agreed on the reasons for the accusation.
