It seems that Salma Hayek made a pact for eternal youth because, at 56 years old, she looks radiant, and we already know her secret. The actress has always proudly boasted about the passing of the years by publishing photos where she highlights her gray hair and wrinkles because aging is a natural beautiful process.
Salma Hayek Is Botox Free
Recently, the celebrity participated in the podcast Let’s Talk off Camera and shared details of her beauty routine, which has nothing to do with surgeries or Botox, as many assume. She explained that she practices meditation in which she feels energy dancing throughout her body, in addition to undergoing facial treatments with radiofrequency.
“I do a lot of the frequency machines, and they work on me better than anyone else (…) and just meditation. Sometimes when I do it, people say to me when I leave the room, ‘Oh my God, you look 20 years old,” recounted the Frida star.

Salma Hayek emphasized that those who do the radiofrequency machines assure her that the results visible to her “are not obtained by other people.” In addition, she pointed out that her meditation sessions not only serve to complement her beauty routine but also bring her other benefits.
“When I don’t (meditate) for some time, guess what? Not only (does) my face start (to) fall off, and everything starts to fall off, (but also) my herniated disc, the problem in my neck, the problem in my hip, and my ankles (come back). I start to fall apart,” she said.
Salma Hayek Against Botox
For some time now, Salma Hayek has spoken out against Botox. In 2017 she stated in an interview that she is not a supporter of that method “because your face doesn’t move, and it’s something you have to do for the rest of your life, more and more.”
Salma has become a woman who inspires others to show up naturally and loves the way they look no matter what because in the end, there are different types of bodies, and faces, but they are all special.
