If there’s something we can be certain about is that our past will always get us sooner or later. If someone knows about it is hip hop legend Sean Combs, best known as P. Diddy, who in just a matter of weeks has received, not one, but four abuse accusations.
A lawsuit issued in a federal court in Manhattan, New York, accuses Sean Combs of group assaulting and trafficking a 17-year-old woman in 2003. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe to keep her privacy, states that she was a high-school student when she was attacked by Diddy and two other friends.
The lawsuit states that she met the rapper and Harve Pierre, president of the Bad Boy Records label, at a lounge in Detroit, Michigan in 2003. Harve Pierre invited her to a private meeting with Diddy at his own recording studio in New York. She agreed and jumped into Comb’s private jet.

At the recording studio, the young woman was taken into a bathroom where she saw Harve Pierre having drugs, who later forced her to perform oral sex on him. Then “Mr. Combs, Pierre, and a third person plied Ms Doe with drugs and alcohol. The 17-year-old Ms. Doe became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to have sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age,” the filing reads.
Later on, Jane Doe claims that Diddy took her to the bathroom where he removed her skirt and underwear and abused her. She was “in and out of consciousness,” but remembers being abused by the unnamed third man, despite her asking him to stop, while Combs watched from outside the bathroom.
After the terrible incident, the plaintiff claims she was escorted out of the building and put in a car that took her back to a plane to Michigan. Among the evidence presented in the court document are photographs of the plaintiff at Diddy’s music studio with him. According to the suit, she decided to file the accusation against Sean Combs and Harve Pierre after learning about the other abuse cases against the musician.

All Abuse Lawsuits against Diddy
As mentioned, this is the fourth legal accusation against Sean Combs in less than a month; however, he has denied all of them, being quite vocal through social media and via a spokesperson. These are the other cases of abuse he’s been involved with.
November 16: Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura files a lawsuit against him alleging Diddy abused and trafficked her over the 10 years their relationship lasted. She added that the relationship was a “cycle of abuse, violence, trafficking, and multiple instances of domestic violence.”
Cassie and Diddy resolved the lawsuit to their “mutual satisfaction” the very next day. Diddy said at the moment: “Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

November 23: A week later, a second woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal issued a lawsuit accusing Diddy of drugging and abusing her in 1991 when she was just a college student. She also accused him of filming the moment without her consent and sharing the tape with people in the music industry.
This is what a spokesperson of Sean Combs said: “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
November 23: That same day, a third woman, whose name was kept private, accused him and singer Aaron Hall at New York County’s Supreme Court of abusing her and a friend over 30 years ago.
This was the reply: “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit.”
December 6: Jane Doe issued her group assault lawsuit, and this time Diddy replied himself on social media: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character and destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth.”
