Gigi Paris just confirmed what every woman who’s ever dated a rising actor already knew: the relationship ends the minute the PR team gets more say than the partner. In a new episode of the Too Much podcast, Gigi broke her silence about her 2023 breakup with actor Glen Powell—yes, the same Glen Powell who spent most of last year making googly eyes at co-star Sydney Sweeney to promote Anyone But You.
Paris says the relationship didn’t fall apart because of a single scandal—it disintegrated under a slow burn of disrespect.

“It was very bizarre,” she said. “I think that’s where I just also fell out of love. Where the fuck are your balls to stand up for your woman?”

“I don’t know if there was a relationship there or not,” she said of Powell and Sweeney. “But then they came out to say it was all a PR scheme at the expense of our relationship.”

“I honestly hoped that they’d end up together. At least it would make it worth it for me.”
