The event, held on December 13, brought together Taylor’s close friends, family, and a plethora of details inspired by Swift’s iconic musical eras and showed how much he likes to make Taylor feel special.

The party’s theme was drawn from Taylor’s celebrated career, with even celebrity guests dressing in outfits inspired by her different musical eras.
Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and Taylor’s boyfriend, masterminded the entire event. Held in Kansas City, Missouri, the party coincided with the finale of Swift’s Eras Tour, which concluded just days earlier on December 8 in Vancouver, Canada.

As revealed by a friend via instagram, Taylor had expected a quiet dinner but was greeted with a grand celebration instead.
“When she thought she was going to a small, quiet dinner but it was actually a giant surprise party with her friends and family, props included 🥳” Avignone captioned an carousel of pictures she posted to Instagram.
Later, Jo-Jo Edwards-Helaire, wife of NFL player Clyde Edwards-Helaire, shared that Travis orchestrated the surprise, which included luminous bracelets, friendship bracelets, and decor referencing iconic moments from the Eras Tour.
One of the evening’s highlights was Travis’ gift to Taylor: the “last 22 hat” from her tour. This is a wink to the ’22’ performance, where Swift had gifted her hat to fans.
