This was the case with Vick Hope, Calvin Harris’s wife, who confessed to enjoying Taylor’s music when her husband wasn’t home. Vick is aware of the romance between her husband and Taylor Swift from 2015 to 2016, and that’s why as soon as he leaves the house, she plays the singer’s hits.
During the April 8 episode of her BBC Radio show, Going Home with Vick, Katie, and Jamie, Vick Hope confessed to being a Taylor fan and enjoying her music when her husband, Calvin Harris, isn’t home. At the same time, her co-hosts read comments from users about what they do when their partners aren’t home.
It all started after a user commented that they like to listen to all the music they love but their partner hates it while they’re home alone. That’s when Vick opened up and admitted her fandom for TS.
“As soon as my husband goes away, I listen to Taylor Swift,” she said, adding, “Just a couple of songs, get it out of my system and then it’s done.”
Other comments referred to how Hope is so confident, funny, and beautiful that she doesn’t have to worry about Taylor; we all have exes, and that shouldn’t be a problem. Vick is just showing how mature and cool she is. Some even remarked how curious it is that several current partners of Swift’s exes end up being friends with the blonde, like Sophie Turner, who divorced TS’s ex, Joe Jonas, or Taylor Dome, wife of Taylor Lautner, whom the singer also dated.
