The Internet, that scary untamed world we all love to submerse ourselves for hours has given us so many times of joy but has also exposed some really strange and viral situations that keep us wondering what the hell is going on in the world. One of those moments happened only last month when a video of a woman having a meltdown in an airplane went viral.
This wasn’t any meltdown like the many we’ve seen in the past weeks, especially about those people who refused to wear a mask during the Covid emergency. No, this time the video was a bit stranger after a woman, Tiffany Gomas, started screaming that a certain passenger (so we thought) was “not real.” After a month, Gomas decided to speak out about the incident.

What Happened to Tiffany Gomas?
The video of Gomas’ incident went rapidly viral reaching millions of people all over the world. It all happened aboard an American Airlines flight that was scheduled to take off at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport; the destination was Florida. Before takeoff, Gomas had a very disruptive meltdown claiming she needed to get off the plane because it wasn’t safe:
“There’s a reason I’m getting the f–k off and everyone can either believe it or they cannot believe it. I don’t give two f–ks, but I am telling you right now, that motherf–ker back there is not real. And you can sit on this plane and you can f–king die with them or not. I’m not going to,” infamously shouted Tiffany Gomas.
Since she also claimed there was something wrong with the plane, the passengers had to be removed from the plane to have it re-screened. The flight was delayed due to Gomas’ disruptiveness. According to a supervisor of the airline, Gomas started arguing with one of her family members accusing them of stealing her headphones on the plane. She then started screaming that the plane wasn’t safe and the rest is history.
What Happened to Tiffany Gomas after the Plane Incident?
Gomas wasn’t arrested nor did she face any legal repercussions for causing the delay of a flight, but life hasn’t been that peaceful for her. In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Tiffany finally decided to speak out about the incident.
According to her, after the viral video, her “life has been blown up” and not in a very positive way. “It’s frightening. Things go viral, and everything changes. No one knows anyone else’s story, and no one should judge. No one knows what it’s like,” she explained.
Not only that, she claimed that she’s been talking to a lawyer since people have been stalking her neighbors and going through her mail just to know more about the incident. On that matter, she said that “so much of what’s out there is inaccurate;” however, when asked what really happened she declined to explain herself. She only wanted to know the repercussions the video has had on her life, but failed to actually explain what happened on that plane.
