The Royal Family is in the eye of the Hurricane. After Kate Middleton’s photoshop scandal, the media and royal fans have found a new target: Rose Hanbury. The Marchioness of Cholmondeley is being linked with Prince William. Why? They are accused of infidelity and it is not the first time, since this rumors have been going on for years.
Who is Rose Hanbury?
Thanks to her spouse, David Rocksavage, the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, she is now the Marchioness of Chalmondeley. Together they share three children, twins Alexander and Olivier, and the youngest, Lady Iris.
Formerly a model, now aged 39, Cholmondeley initially pursued a career as a researcher for Conservative MP Michael Gove before dedicating her time to managing her husband’s estate.
The couple met while vacationing in Italy in 2003. Following a six-year courtship, they announced their engagement, celebrated in a private ceremony at Chelsea Town Hall in 2009. In recent years, Lady Cholmondeley has become a fixture of royal gatherings, garnering attention for her elegant attire.
Cheating Scandal
The first time that William had been rumored to be unfaithful to Kate with Rose was in 2019. Famous Journal The Sun reported that their romance had started while Kate Middleton was pregnant with their third child, Prince George. In conscecuence, Middleton decided to end her friendship with Hanbury.

The rumor of his infidelity gained too much traction on social media, and Prince William found himself compelled to declare it entirely false and even threatened to sue those who continued to spread that story.
Then, in 2023, Prince William and Rose Hanbury made headlines again for an alleged Valentine’s Day date in which media claimed that William had gifted her an pearl necklace and spent the whole day together.
It got to the point in which Prince William’s lawyers allegedly wrote a statement:
“In addition to being false and highly damaging, the publication of false speculation in respect of our clients’ private life also constitutes a breach of his privacy pursuant to Article 8 of the European Convention to Human Rights.”

Now that the internet is going crazy about conspiracy theories to try to explain the mysterious behavior of Kate Middleton, a new picture surfaced featuring Kate and William on a car. The Daily Mail recently published a photograph of the couple, but Kate is only shown on her profile. Therefore, it is said that it could be Rose and not the prince’s wife.
