Angela Carini’s fake injuries are on the agenda. After the controversy caused by the fight between Italian boxer Angela Carini and Algerian Imane Khelif, where Imane was accused of being a trans woman and her powerful strength forced Angela to withdraw from the fight, a video revealed on social media is once again generating controversy.
The video shows how the Italian supposedly fakes an ankle injury to stop boxing.
The images show a fight from 2022, which Angela Carini held against the Turkish boxer Busenaz Sürmeneli and calls into question the situation of the fight.
You can see how Carini, without receiving any blows, suddenly falls to the ground and complains of pain in her ankle.

She’s immediately treated because she complains of constantly touching her ankle; after being examined, without any irregularity being noticed, she decided to leave the fight with an apparent injury.
Are Angela Carini’s Fake Injuries Real?
Once the video was released, several comments from users indicated that she played the victim when she felt that the result of the fight was not in her favor, so now it is believed that she could have applied the same to Imane Khelif during their fight at the Olympic Games.
The Italian abandoned the fight after 46 seconds, claiming that she did so to “safeguard” her life after having received a hard blow to the nose from the Algerian.

After the controversy, Imane Khelif was accused of being a trans woman and that she wasn’t in the same conditions of strength against a woman.
This unleashed a series of accusations against Imane, who was proven not to be a trans woman, but cisgender.
With this video, the credibility of Angela Carini is now being questioned, who is now accused of maintaining this habit of inventing injuries to avoid finishing fights and being able to retire.
It remains to be seen what the Italian declares, who has not said anything about it so far.
