Sean “Diddy” Combs’ defense team, responding to allegations of abuse and other offenses, has requested the judge overseeing the rapper’s case to restrict statements from potential witnesses and attorneys outside the courtroom. This comes after a witness claimed to have seen intimate digital material allegedly involving Diddy and other celebrities as “victims.”
On Sunday, the producer’s legal team filed a motion urging the judge to expedite the response to Diddy’s request for a gag order. The witness, Courtney Burgess, has given multiple interviews claiming knowledge of this digital material, according to TMZ.

On October 31, Burgess testified in court that Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, had shared several USB drives containing eight recordings allegedly showing Diddy engaging in relations with eight celebrities—six men and two women.
Burgess stated that two or three of the individuals featured in the recordings may have been minors at the time they were filmed. Additionally, he alleged that the participants appeared to be under the influence of substances, thus casting them as victims rather than perpetrators.
Diddy’s Lawyers Deny Allegations
Diddy’s defense has labeled Burgess’s statements as “extortion scam,” also claiming that the government is fueling online conspiracy theories and preventing their client from receiving a fair trial.
The legal team stated that the government has been investigating Diddy for over a year and is well aware that his “Freak Offs”—wild parties—never involved men or minors.

However, following the public disclosure of the allegations, the rapper faces an increasing number of accusations, now amounting to over a hundred claims, including those from individuals alleging abuse during their youth.
