Justin Baldoni seems to be on a legal rampage, taking on some of the biggest names in Hollywood. After filing a suit against Disney and Marvel Studios over alleged bullying in their blockbuster Deadpool & Wolverine, Baldoni has now turned his attention to none other than Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and their PR team.
Justin Baldoni’s Lawsuit Against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds
In December 2024, Blake Lively publicly accused Baldoni of sexual harassment during the film’s production. She alleged that Justin Baldoni and his team retaliated by orchestrating a smear campaign against her. The accusations were headline-grabbing, but Baldoni has fired back, claiming Lively and Reynolds plotted a media takedown to destroy his career.

The Jaw-Dropping Amount of Money He Sued Them For
Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit is packed with allegations and purported evidence, including text messages, emails, and video footage. According to Baldoni, these materials reveal how Lively manipulated the media and directed a campaign to tarnish his reputation. The lawsuit even ropes in Lively’s publicist and PR firm, accusing them of being central players in spreading misinformation.
The actor-director is suing Lively, Reynolds, their publicist Leslie Sloane, and PR firm Vision PR for a jaw-dropping $400 million. The lawsuit accuses them of defamation, civil extortion, and breach of contract. It all traces back to the fiery drama surrounding the production of It Ends With Us.

Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney, released a scathing statement, claiming that the lawsuit is based on “an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence.”
This isn’t Baldoni’s only legal battle. His lawyers have also sent a litigation hold letter to Disney and Marvel Studios, demanding they preserve documents related to the creation of the Deadpool & Wolverine character, Nicepool. But we already told you that.

Baldoni’s reputation and career hang in the balance, while Lively and Reynolds—beloved A-listers—face accusations that could taint their images. With $400 million on the line, this is more than just a legal dispute—it’s a clash of Hollywood titans.
Will Baldoni’s evidence turn the tide in his favor, or will this lawsuit backfire?
